who doesn’t love piling cheese on top of bread, adding some vegetables for the sake of adulthood, melting it all into one savory cheesy crisp and calling it dinner?
By the time you read this, I will have already devoured three of these.
And, you will too. No apologies, no shame.
Lately, I have been into cooking meals that require less – less effort, less cleaning, less time. Don’t get me wrong. I’ll spend some time pouring all of my time and love into preparing a good meal. But, when it’s me, myself and I, I’m thinking of things that I can throw together so I can resume binge watching God knows what.
This is an oldie, but goodie. Something we used to make when I was living at home.
Actually, when I first discovered this creation, I ate nothing but variations of naan pizza for a week straight.

Basically, we are going to use a lot of smoked paprika, less garlic and onion powder and a dash of smoked sea salt or freshly ground black pepper. If you’re like me and hate measuring spices, that’ll do the trick. If you’re heavy handed . . . maybe stick to the measuring spoons.
Oh, and regular sea salt is fine. I’m just extra sometimes. Also, smoky flavors on pizza? Yessss please.
